I was supposedly sent a pair of shoes seven days ago from malaga in spain to manchester england. The shoe companies web site says that all their orders are sent by insured airmail and that european orders will arrive within 2 days. Orders to the rest of the world will arrive within 10 days. Britain is not part of mainland europe so is it classed as “the rest of the world”. I emailed the store owner who has already failed to give me a tracking number, he said my order should have arrived already. What do you think?
