The schools on vacation and pain au chocolat mmmm but would be pretty dead and dec time to be pretty dead same with the hostels bah made that mistake in session but would think that month is in london.
The summerthere aint that many tourists anywayshowever depends on where in the summerthere.
spring: march and april are good time to visit plus weather is nice
also it is less crowded in there during those months
